Katie, I have been reading your blog for a few months now and saw that you would like to open a Gf bakery in the future. I'd like to talk to you about a GF project I am working on.
If you are interested in speaking please send me an email at RyanLeeAnderson@gmail.com with your contact information or call my cell at: (612) 802-4287
i have probably designed about 36 personal online portfolios but never put them online! I was never happy enough with the design... terrible, I know. I should really think about just choosing a look and doing it! It's always so hard to design for yourself!
I wish I knew more Flash also, such a complicated program. I have taken a couple of continuing Ed classes on it -- but i barely do any web design now, so it's fallen by the wayside.
Ooh -- i just got another box of those Kinnikinnick donuts (I also LOVE THEM)... and i haven't even dug in yet! Major self-control... :)
Hello! My name is Katie and I am a recent graduate from The Art Institute of Washington with a degree in Graphic Design. I am also gluten-free :) Diagnosed with Celiac 4 years ago, I'm pretty used to the whole gluten free thing now and would love to start a bakery someday. :-)

Those look tasty! Cursed soy flour knocks them out of possibility for me, though.

These cookies are great! I have used them in a bananna pudding recipe instead of vanilla wafers! Delicious!
Oh, what a great idea Jenny!
