My friends and I arrived at Risotteria well after the dinner rush, but we still had to wait at least 30 minutes outside in the rain and cold. This place is TINY, there is barely room to wait inside for a table and they can maybe seat 15 people maximum.
Although I was delighted that gluten free bread sticks were served at everyones table, they weren't anything to write home about. The pizza was just ok, it was really thin and crunchy and my friends came out really burned. (It was totally cute that my pizza came out with a Celiac Seal, though) The service was ok...overall, I just wasn't very impressed.
I've been reading other blogs about GF Italian eating in NYC and lots of people recommend Mozzarelli's and Pala's...I think I'll check those two out next time :-)
Risotteria Location: 270 Bleeker St. Btw 6th and 7th
