- Hello! My name is Katie and I am a recent graduate from The Art Institute of Washington with a degree in Graphic Design. I am also gluten-free :) Diagnosed with Celiac 4 years ago, I'm pretty used to the whole gluten free thing now and would love to start a bakery someday. :-)

I'm a college student with celiac who loves to bake too! Have you tried Jules Gluten Free Flour yet? I use it for EVERYTHING and it's the best flour I've used. There's also a newsletter with weekly recipes. I think you'd really like it!

Hi Katie, All of your food looks so yummy. About a month ago my 2 year old was taken off of gluten.. I have been so stressed as to what to fix her to eat. Im so glad that I found your blog.. I cant wait to fix her some of your goodies..
